Found a lump :(

Hi lady's I know I can't get diagnosed on hear but I'm to afraid to go doctors at this present time! I've had really sore breast for quite some time now and they have both been letting out a milky discharge, I'm definitely not pregnant and the doctor said over a year ago it's nothing to worry about in the phone because they was to busy to see me! Anyway my left Breast has been particularly sore this past week and I've found a really sore solid Lump on my nipple, I really don't know what todo, i can't sleep with worrie as I have a young child but I also know if I call the doctors they will more then likely just say it's noting to worrie about again on the phone and be to busy to see me! Dose anyone know any Breast screening clinics around Devon? I've lost all trust in the national health as they always palm u off on to someone eles do I'd like to go private and have some tests done! Thanks for reading and hopefully I can get some friendly advise on hear!
