Ummmm.... Ovulating?
Can anyone tell me how to determine if you're ovulating or not? I know I have the app and I keep up with that, but I don't think an app can determine ovulation alone. I'm having some light cramps and my nipples are kinda sore, the app says I'm ovulating but my CM is dry so I'm sorta confused 😕 can anyone help?
