Car wrecks

30 weeks Saturday and at 1:50 ish I got into a little wreck. She ran a stop sign and I hit right on her passenger front wheel. I had the right away. Well when we got out she checked on her new born in the back seat, called her daughters preschool and her husband and I checked out my car and it has a little dent on the front but nothing bad. She definitely had it worse and I wasn't going to call the cops and she was very gracious about it and said thank you so much. Anyways, the seat belt cut into my stomach a little and my lower back hurts plus a little pressure where the seat belt hit. Please don't tell me I was wrong letting her go, it was my choice. I'm just wondering if I should go to the hospital and get checked.
