Spotting after first doctor's visit

So I had my first visit to the doctor yesterday, and they did a Pap smear along with a transvaginal ultrasound. I started lightly spotting a couple hours afterwards, with a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen. Every time I have to pee, it burns and almost feels as though I have a UTI. Today my spotting is a little darker, and I just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else?
