FTM... How many?

Question

How many ultrasounds will I recieve during  pregnancy. I received one at 8 weeks to confirm my pregnancy, then one at 19 weeks. Will I get another one? Or now do I just wait for baby to arrive?

Most doctors only do 2 ultrasounds during a pregnancy. Unless you have any issues of any kind. My doctor does two and I have had them both but my doctor also gives a 3d/4d ultrasound between 25-32 weeks if you decide to pay for it cuz insurance does not cover it. We are so doing it. It only cost $150 and It's worth it I can't wait to see our little man again!

I think typically you only get 2. 1 in the first trimester, 1 in the second and then possibly a third nearing your due date

With my first pregnancy, my first was at ablut 8 weeks. Then the anatomy scan at about 19/20 weeks. Another when I was somewhere between 30-36 weeks. She was born at 39 weeks. I also paid to get one of those 4D ones.

I've had one about every 3 or 4 weeks roughly. Had confirmation at 6 weeks. Had another at 12 weeks because of spotting, then was diagnosed with gestational diabetes so I've had them regular since then.

I had one at 8 weeks then 9 weeks and 14 weeks. Got anatomy scan at 19 weeks, genetic testing with ascan at 20 weeks then at 21 weeks had one with a vaginal scan as well.i am concerned with how all of this will affect my daughter

I am twenty one weeks Sunday. So far I have had two. One at ten weeks to confirm; then another one at 21 weeks Anatomy Scan. Yesterday at my Anatomy Scan yesterday they informed me I'll ether have one more or two as they diagnosed me with Placenta Previa (however its spelled).

First one was at 12 weeks confirmation. 
Second was at 18 weeks for anatomy scan 
The only reason I'm getting a third is because I went to Costa Rica so it's a zika scan to look for brain calcification and measure head size.

I have had 3 so far one at 8 weeks another at 12 weeks then I just had my anatomy ultrasound at 20 weeks. I was told I would need another one bc they didn't get everything they need bc baby girl wouldn't cooperate. But I am switching Doctor due to moving so not sure if they will say the same.

I've had 4, with a 5th scheduled next Tuesday.

8 wk Confirmation 
13 wk NT Scan
13 wk (2nd) + Blood Genetic Testing. First NT Scan didn't give results. Perfectly normal results. 
19 wk Anatomy Scan
21 wk Heart Scan (Anatomy Scan didn't give small details about heart) This one is next Tuesday.
There will be at least one more, if not more...

It's a ton so far, but I'm heavy (US doesn't seem to be detailed enough, and my OB is very thorough).

I've had the same (8wks and anatomy scan at 20 wks). As far a I know you get another around 36ish wks to see the size/projected birth weight.
