Why is it so hard to choose a name ?

So I am having a girl and she will be our last baby . My husband has always told me he loves the mane jade , I'm not a huge fan but eh it's ok . Anyways I want to have her have jade as her middle name but I have no idea what goes with it . So any advice ? I really want an E name just because I always said my kids would all have names that started with the same letter my sons name is Eli my soon to be middle child is Evelynn . I'm open to any name tho so please help and thanks in advance :)
