CRAMPS!!

Do I am 5 weeks 5 days according to the docs as I went there yesterday but been haven cramp at top of my tummy and at the left side like my periods are going to start has anyone ever had this in early pregnancy I am really scared like terrified as had 2 miscarriages already got a scan on the 30th of March to see if everything is ok just want to no had anyone experienced this and everything has been ok
