Pains while sleeping?

For the past few nights I have been sleeping miserably. I normally lay on my sides but now when I lay on my sides for too long they begin to ache. When I lay on my stomach for too long she kicks me to make me lay on my sides. Sleeping on my back has never been comfortable to me. So I toss and turn, and wake up hurting. 😞 any others having similar problems?

Honestly the quality of your bed has a lot to do with it. In my bed, which is a nice temperpedic foam bed, I don't have hardly any issues, but we just gave up our bed for my in laws when they visited for a week and slept on our cheap guest bed and the aching in my hips was almost unbearable. Pillows or anything to make it softer helps.

I have not been sleeping well the entire pregnancy. I'm 26 weeks now.pillows. The more pillows the better. Jam them anywhere and everywhere until you are comfortable. It doesn't always work but it makes it a lot better :)

Even just a small blanket or t shirt propped under your belly should help you get the support you need :)
