Angry 5 month old. Going insane.

My son is 5 months, refuses to nap and screams almost constantly. And by screaming, I don't mean loud hard crying, I mean literal yelling. His father isn't really involved and family won't take him because he's never happy so I never get a break and I don't know what to do. I can't handle it. It's not like I'm going to hurt him or anything but I honestly regret having him and it makes me hate myself.
