CM help

I haven't had any CM that is sticky or egg whites, only kind of cm I get is just creamy or watery, I exercise, work two jobs, and try to eat healthy, do you know what is causing this? I haven't had a egg white since like 4 months ago, and I'm only 18, should I see a doctor? And can I still get pregnant without it??? Please respond
