What's really the problem?

So I just got off my period well according to the app I have two more days to go but I didn't bleed at all yesterday so me and my boyfriend had unprotected Sex and he is scared because he had the erg to ejaculate so he pulled out and wiped the tip then went back in but he didn't want anything to go wrong so he stopped and now he is paranoid because he is saying Pre cum etc can live 3-5 days ....after that i started to bleed what do that mean? Someone help😞
