Diet help!
I'm needing some help! I need to eat around 2,000 calories a day. Technically it's supposed to be 1600 but I upped it so let's say 1900 a day. I'm 14 weeks pregnant and the baby is Mainly letting me eat plant based foods. Rarely can I get some meat in my body besides breakfast sausage it's the only meat I haven't had an issue with. So my request is can anyone help me with I guess a meal plan of sorts that can equal about 1900 calories a day?!?! I'm not concerned about weight loss (I've already lost about 10lbs) and the Dr and I are measuring the baby closely (im also overweight) Thanks for any help!
