Pregnant?¿?

So I overthink everything but here's the sitch: I was suppose to get my period yesterday, and thought I did, but when I took the tampon out it only had a little blood and a decent but still small amount of clear goo on it. Only 4% of women get cervical polyps, and I just had one removed. Apparently a good amount of the women who get these get them because they're pregnant (increased estrogen levels.) I just saw my OBGYN for the annual check up and she didn't say anything, but I'm not sure if she'd be able to tell this early on unless she was looking for something. This is day 2 of my period and there's still nothing. Any help would be appreciated! I haven't been taking birth control regularly enough for it to be effective. (I know, I'm an idiot.) I'm going to take a test but can't until tomorrow.
