How long before ttc again?

Question

Hey ladies, I just recently miscarried at 10 weeks but u/s showed no growth since about 6 or 7 weeks. Although I am devestated and very sad I want to start trying again as soon as possible. My doctor said it might be better to wait a couple cycles to try again so we could be more sure of dates but because I was able to miscarry naturally with no drugs or d&c she said there should be no danger in trying again right away if I really want to. How many of you have Had good luck trying again right away or do you think I would be better off waiting?

We waited a full cycle before trying again. I know it is difficult to wait because you want to try again but I think it was a good decision. It gave me time to clear my head and for my body to fully heal.

I just found out today that we had a miscarriage at 5 weeks, I've been bleeding for a week. I asked my doctor how long before we TTC again and she said 6 months!!! I'm devastated. We were TTC for 5 months finally got pregnant and now we have to wait another 6!!!! Someone please tell me this isn't true

My doctor told me to wait two cycles. That's is what I did. I got pregnant right away but lost that baby too. Took me 3 cycles this time. Just found out I am pregnant last week. Good luck sorry for your loss.

Today I had u/s I unfortunately my baby stopped growing at 7 weeks I'm heartbreak I'm just wondering when is a good time to try again I don't think in myself I'm going to be ready for a few months but I just want to know physical when is the body ready xx

My doctor recommended waiting 2 cycles after I miscarried naturally. He said that the uterus needs to recover from the miscarriage because technically it's like a delivery. But I know many women here on glow who got pregnant right away and had healthy babies.

My doctor told me to wait until after I get my first period which we are doing. We didn't want to wait long, but my doctor wants to run a blood test while I have my period and then 5 days after ovulation since she thinks I might not be producing enough progesterone. This way they can catch it and give me supplements so hopefully I don't miscarry again.

My doctor told me that as soon as the bleeding stopped and if it isn't painful, we could start having sex again. And that we didn't have to wait any length of time before trying. I was 5 weeks.

We started trying again as soon as the bleeding stopped. I don't think I have ovulated yet though.
