Parma ham safe to eat?

Question

Ive got a craving for parma ham the stuff i buy is from a super market pre packed, is it safe to eat though before i eat any more as its been worrying me 😕 on NHS site it says its safe but to be careful

Usually however you eat your food, excersize, work, act your body is used to it. I think personally the drs are cutting back on what women should and shouldn't have when they are pregnant to scare us and to torture us cause I been reading some crazy things about what they say we shouldn't eat and half of it I do. Especially the beef one you know being cooked all the way through I never do never have and never will. If you feel comfortable eating it than enjoy it if not than maybe warm it up real good and eat it that way. If you're not comfortable with either than I would suggest staying away till your done with being pregnant
