16 weeks pregnant, pain after emptying bladder

Helppppp. Last night at like 3am I woke up to pee, and felt fine until I was done peeing. I tried to stand up, and I get a sharp pain on my right side maybe 8-9 inches to the side of my belly button. I can't even stand up straight, I had to practically crawl back to bed. I just woke up  and got dressed feeling totally fine, but had to pee again, and the same thing just happened. I'm laying in bed all curled up because if I straighten out the pain it unbearable.
