Frustrated!

I went into labor and deliver, been having contractions and constant back pain since last night. They tested my urine and everything was clean. They hooked me to the Monitor and told me I wasn't having contractions and I was like I'm feeling them. She adjusted the things and left. Came back in 20 minutes later and said I could go home.. I was like "okay?" What am I supposed to do about the contractions. She said you have only had one since you've been here.. I said then what is this. Is this not a contraction? And put her hand on my belly. She said "yes" I'm like okay so ?? She said go home and take a warm bath and take some Tylenol.
