Bedrest for constant BH?

Has anyone been put on bedrest for constant Braxton Hicks contractions? I've been having them much more frequent and they are starting to get alot more painful. I ended up in l&d last week because I was having contractions every minute, but my cervix was closed so they gave me fluids and sent me home. I have to mention this at my next appointment and I'm nervous he's going to put me on bedrest for it.
