Ladies any opinions/advice would be appreciated

So I went in for a regular and transvaginal ultrasound yesterday do to my abnormal spotting that's been occurring since January, doctor just emailed me this. Now even though my thyroid and other things checked out Normal .. SOMETHING must be causing this weird pattern of spotting that started in January.. Have any of u ladies had an issue with a fibroid ? Not sure if I should be worried.
