Seriously just wanna die

So started having really bad toothache yesterday where there isn't even a tooth...couldn't get it to go away at all last night..woke up throwing up at 6 am this morning and then at 630 started to get really shaky and lightheaded and nauseous went into er after throwing up a third time they gave me iv fluid drew blood gave me two different nausea medicines because my heartburn was so bad it was making me wanna throw up again..then gave me phinnegran and a loratab and that nasty coat stuff to drink that numbs your stomach sent me home at like 1230 and toothache started coming back and now it's been raging ever since...seriously nothing has helped I just wanna cry...I'm 33 wks n 4 days
