Vertigo please help

I'm 7 weeks 6 days and I've been experiencing morning sickness and SERIOUS vertigo for 2 weeks now. I went to the ER and they gave me meds for vertigo but I haven't seen a change. I haven't worked in 7 days I'm overly exhausted and I can't even watch tv because it's too much seeing things in 2s/3s. PLEASE HELP ANYONE. I'm 36 this is my first pregnancy and I'm completely miserable already. It just brings tears to my eyes because I'm so independent.
