6w6d only gestational sac & yolk sac

Hi, my transvaginal ultrasound at 6w6d only showing gestational sac (19.59mm) & yolk sac. No fetal pole seen. Should I worry? My doctor immediately said it's another failed pregnancy/  blighted ovum. I had d&c due to blighted ovum 6 mths ago, that time it was completely an empty sac, no yolk sac nothing. This time round we saw yolk sac, does it look more promising? Appreciate your advice. Thank youuu!
