Tips anyone?

Has anyone got any tips about sleeping through the night? My twins are 7 months old and still waking up through the night. I feel so exhausted! Their not big milk drinkers and never have been. Maybe I'm not giving them enough solids during the day to fill them up? How much solids do you mums give your babies and any tips to help them sleep a bit longer would be amazing! Thanks
