Are there any physical therapists who can answer a question for me?
I was on bed rest the first part of pregnancy due to bleeding issues but they've resolved and I was released to the gym at 13 weeks with instructions to start with walking, then elliptical then weights.
I'm 21 weeks now and the clot that was causing the bleeding is gone so I feel ok to get back to weights.
It has been 5 months since I lifted though - any advice for what I should do? Can I go back to my routine but drop the weight level? Any help would be great.
