Is labor coming soon?

Hi, I'm 38 weeks 6 days today and I'm pretty sure I've lost the rest of my muss plug yesterday because it had a light spotting in it. Than I started have back and front contractions but they where not serve. My doctor told me on Wednesday I was 2cm dilated and my cervix was thinned out. She could also feel babies head. So much longer do you think I have before he comes? I also noticed yesterday morning I was exhausted as soon as I woke up with no motivation and I've been active everyday, also I can't get full. I feel hungry after I eat!?
