Ovarian cyst

Odd topic, sorry. A month ago I went to the hospital with severe pelvic pain. I found out I had multiple cyst in my ovaries. I haven't met anyone who's dealt with this and to be honest, I'm scared. I'm 21, I want a family. I've had two of them rupture. My boyfriend doesn't want kids at all. And now I've been told if they continue to get worse I'll have to have my ovaries removed. Has anyone dealt with this? If so please talk to me. I need someone to talk too.
