Help:
The past two days I've had nausea all day but no vomiting. When I go to the restroom it's diarrhea. In the mornings I've had 100.3 fever and I've been real thirsty throughout the day. I haven't had a chance to go to the doctor because of my busy work schedule. I'm 2 days late but I don't know if this could be pregnancy symptoms or if I'm really sick. Has anyone had anything similar?
