For the baby mommas

I feel like my sons grandma is trying to be my sons mom 😑 I feel like she's trying to compete to me idk maybe I'm just tripping but it's like I tell her what my son can and can't do and what he can and can't eat and she completely ignores everything!!!! I get so frustrated because I have him on a schedule due to potty training purposes and she just never sticks to them! Ugh anyone else going through this or am I crazy?
