Pain in vagina?

Has anyone had this? Not during sex, just comes and goes through the day. It is not pain near vaginal entrance or inside where his member reaches, more 'on top' like a hands length beneath belly button. Just twinges of this odd pain. Having this for 3 days now, can anyone relate and did you find out what this is?
