Back pain😢😣

Lastnight at around 2 am I woke up to some excruciating back pains to the point that my eyes started to water. Had me gripping the sides on the bed 😩 it lasted for about 15minutes and the pains came in group.... Like every 10 seconds , so that happened until I finally got the energy to warm my rice sac up and put it on my back... Haven't had a problem with it since but I can't jinx it smh.. Shit was horrible 😔
