Subchorionic hematoma 8w5d with twins

Two nights ago I had a huge bleed , bright red with clots and cramps , went to the ER and they said baby b had a bleed behind it. Both hb were great . I saw my Ob yesterday and she didn't see the SCH at all on U/S! I figured it must have all bled out?? She said bedrest and return on Wednesday . Well my husband has NOY been supportive and I've had no choice but to take care of my 2yo today. So now I've started bleeding heavily once again, after it stopped completely last night . I'm just so stressed, has anyone gone thru this before where the SCH appears to have resolved fast but still bleeding heavily? Please I need some advise.
