I feel so gross 😔😳

8 days PP and my loss stinks! It smells so foul, I can smell it just when I'm sitting on the couch watching TV.. My partner swears he can't smell it but surely he can if I can?? And ideas ladies :( I shower every day, not allowed to use anything but warm water as I had 2nd degree tear and was also cut.. Please help I feel DISGUSTING!!!!!
