Abnormal cells on my Cervix.. Anyone else??

I got a letter from my doc about abnormal cells found on my Pap smear and went in for a colposcopy and he said it looked fine but still needed to make sure to be checked every 6mlnths or every year. Well he said I had a strain of HPV. and I'm really nervous about not being able to have babies... And just feel like I'm the only one in this situation.

I have had this before as well. Please don't stress out, its very common. You will have no problems having babies because of this. I have two boys and am pregnant with #3. Hope this helps.

Hey I am 25, and I had abnormal cells on my cervix which I went through laser surgery, after this they saw more abnormal cells on my birth canal, so I had more laser surgery, TTC and this is our first month. You will be find as you have not had treatment, they informed me I will be ok to ttc however due to two treatments I may go into early labour and will need a stitch to help keep the cervix strong xxz

I had the same issue 4 times or more now, they used laser after confirming the high grade abnormalities via biopsy.
Ive fallen pregnant twice easily

Yes I had this usually they freeze them off and you will have to have a Pap smear every six months to make sure you don't get more then once you have a couple normal ones you can resume the once every year or so
