Pain in front of stomach.

Most of the time I pee I have this shooting pains in the front of my stomach. It's to the point of it taking ur breath away it's so sharp. Doctor has done pee test and blood test bc of it and everything has come back normal. I'm 19 weeks right now. Will be 20 weeks on Wednesday. I got up at 3:30 am to go pee and I am always hunched over from getting up from the bed bc my bladder is so full. I went pee and had the jolting pain while peeing but most of the time it goes away after peeing. This time it lasted for about 15 mins non stop after peeing. I was in so much pain I threw up and kinda felt better afterwards. I drank some water and laid back down and the pain completely went away. I'm feeling twitches in my stomach don't know if it's gas or baby? Should I be worried? Has anyone else had this happen? I'm just worried bc of the things I'm finding on the Internet but it's saying most of the pain should be lower on the stomach and my pain is in front of my stomach.

update: I woke up this morning and the pain completely went away and when I peed I had no shooting pain.
