My midwife doesn't listen about my symptoms and says its normal... should I get another opinion ?

My right calve has been in so much pain it doesn't ever go away and I'm worried its a clot..I sit all day long so I wouldn't be surprised.

Secondly I'm pretty sure I have pelvic griddle pain or something along those lines my hips and lower back are in constant pain and get no relief... is this a normal part of pregnancy ?

I'd go to a doctor without the leg. 
The hip and back pain though are normal, I'm afraid... Last week I almost cpuldnt walk for tomorrow days because if sciatic pain and besides massages, got baths and waljing there's not really much to do.

If your calf , ankle, foot are swollen then it could be a clot. I've had one before after a surgery and my let was about twice the size as my other leg!

I would totally get a second opinion on the blood clot suspicion! That shouldn't be taken lightly

Your calf muscle pain could be coming from sciatica (pinched nerve in your back that radiates all the way down your leg)! I have sciatica and one of my main symptoms is pain on the side of my right calf muscle (not my thigh or anything!) hope you can get control of your pain, I'm sorry you're going through that!

Look into buying a pregnancy support belt for the PGP. 
As far as I understand, there isn't a concern unless the area is hot and red.
