When did you know you were pregnant

It's been 5 years since I've pregnant and I've been trying for a while. Me and my DH has been having sex each of my fertile days this cycle and today I'm having back cramps feeling like I may be ovulating which started yesterday should I keep BD even tho we had sex yesterday

I had been having a pressure in my lower abdomen for several days but since we had been trying a little while I passed it off as something else I was making up in my head. I went to bed Friday night and had a crazy dream about taking 4 pregnancy tests and they all came back positive. Saturday morning I woke up, tested, and sure enough I had 3 faint pregnancy tests! Now I'm 4 weeks 2 days and so nervous! Praying it sticks!

I started throwing up almost immediately.. I thought I had the flu and missed a week of work.. then I noticed my areolas changed color slightly but I was like oh they do that around the time of my period anyways and then the vomiting continued so I bought a test and sure enough.. pregnant

We were living with my husbands sister and me and her started our periods within a day of each other. She started 23rd of December and I didnt... finally took a pregnancy test on the 28th and what do you know :) I just had this feeling and felt off but in a good way.
