June baby born too soon

My amniotic sac was exposed when I went to use the restroom 2/28/16. As soon as I yelled for my husband it ruptured and I began to bleed a lot. After an ambulance ride and multiple test I was in active labor. Doctor said I have an incompetent cervix and was already dialated to a 4 and they couldn't stop labor and our daughter would be to young to survive. 2/29/26 Penelope Jean Montanez was born @ 22+5 @ 1:34am she weighed 15 ounces and was 11 inches long. She was so beautiful and absolutely perfect. Her heart beat for 31 minutes before she became an angel. Today She would have been 26+5. Mommy and daddy are so heart broken and we miss her so much it hurts. My heart is so broken.
