Workout suggestions

Hey guys! So I'm a freshman in college and right now I don't work out at all, but I want to start. I don't want to do anything like hardcore weight lifting, I just want to tone up. (Flat stomach, nice looking legs, perky butt, etc). Can someone sort of give me a workout plan 5/7 days a week? As well as sort of a diet plan? (Not really a diet but just some suggestions on what to eat because since I'm in college it's kinda hard to make selections based on a diet) I weigh 130 right now, and I'm not fat or anything, I was really active in high school but going into college I just lost all of my muscles. Any suggestions will help! Thanks!
