Ugh. Holiday's Suck.
I started doing Weight Watchers a couple weeks ago and I was doing SO well last week! As in I lost 6 lbs in 1.5 weeks. It took a lot of work of course but it was such a great feeling! However. Between my husband trying to be sweet and ordering a pizza on Friday night, a dinner and drinks with friends Saturday night, and then Easter dinners on Sunday, I was defeated. I am back at my starting weight and devistated. I know how it happened (trust me) but I didn't think I went THAT much over. I guess this is a perfect example of how things just add up. I hope I'm not alone and I'm not looking for a lecture. Just needed to vent about how frustrating looking at a scale on a Monday weigh-in day is.
