No bleeding after miscarriage

I've been posting a lot of questions on here, first time going through this. So I was supposed to have a D&C today BUT I ended up having a natural miscarriage last night (holy fucking ouch btw) I ended up having to go to the ER bc I couldn't control or stand the pain anymore, I was throwing up and almost fainted.... Pretty traumatized...... After 2 shots of morphine I was fine though. They went to see if my cervix was open and there was the placenta. They took it out and that was pretty much it . No D&C needed. The problem now is, I passed the baby last night and today I woke up with no spotting, no blood, the pad I put on last night after I got home from the hospital is still dry with no blood. This whole experience has be weird... they said it was supposed to be heavy bleeding. (Weird) Is this normal ?
