i had one, we were an off and on couple that didn't work so we turned it into an fwb setup since we couldn't fully let go. it's honestly really up to you. for me i wanted it because it was the only way both of us could talk to other people without making the other jealous but still semi be connected to eachother since we had a very strong sexual tension.

No. Like a million times no. One always ends up with more feelings than the other. Or ones ready to end it but the other isn't. Had one and fell in love but he said we just wouldn't work out because of our different backgrounds, his family has money and mine doesn't basically. Haven't talked to him since. Horrible idea

Its a good yet bad thing I had one and we would have fun or whatever but its like I didnt want to have sex with anyones else since I had him but I felt he was and of course I couldn't control who he slept with because he wasn't officially mine. Also just the fact that I could really be in a real relationship cause then I would lose him as a friend. The good part was I wasn't being tied down into a serious relationship so I could still have fun with friends and party. Also not having any argument was a plus. If you do choose to have a friends with benefits relationship I would say have one diring summer it makes it more fun.
