Dealing with jealousy after a breakup

My long-term bf and I just broke up last week. It was for the best, but we still love each other. But now I see he's been adding girls on Facebook and liking their stuff and it just makes me jealous lol. Even the thought of him being with another girl makes me mad/jealous. I know that's irrational since we're not together anymore. How do I get past it? Will the jealousy eventually fade?
