Need motivation!!
I feel like such a bad mom, I am craving nothing but junk and i haven't been motivated to work out. Before I got pregnant I ate semi healthy and worked out but since I found out (I am 9 weeks) I have been craving chips, sodas, fries, and burgers and have ZERO drive for working out 😢😢. I packed my salad and chicken for lunch and was gaging the whole time while trying to eat the salad and I LOVE salads....anyone else having this problem? How did you shake the funk?
