Judism or Christianity. I need help.

Okay. This is a religion question that I need help with. I would ask someone I know, but I don't know anyone that could answer. I was raised a Christian, but after finding out that I'm part Jewish I would just like to know something. I've been seeing this page on Facebook still relate to Christians, but refer to the Torah a lot. Is there like a combination of Christianity and Judism? I believe they go to a tabernacle. This website that refers back to the Torah just makes me feel like everything I've been taught is a lie and I want answers. I also recently found out that Jesus was not even his name. His name was Yeshua, if I didn't even know his name why would he want me to come live with him in Heaven? I'm just so confused I just want to be as close to God as I possibly can, and I don't want him to say,"Turn away from me I never knew you." I believe that God sent his son to die for our sins. And I've heard that Judism believes different, I'm just not sure exactly what. I don't think they worship Jesus, they just thought he was a good person. But I don't know for sure. Please give me answers.
