In need of a yeast infection expert!!

Hey ladies. I am almost 20 weeks and swear I am having the worst luck with yeast infections. I've been battling them for months now and can't seem to fully get rid of it! I've used monostat 7 multiple times now. It helps but after I complete it...the yeast infection comes back a few days later. Any advice on what worked best for you? Home remedies? Miracle workers?! Please help!!!! TIA!
