Worried!

Ok so I think I am just worrying too much but on Thursday march 24th I tested positive and it said 2-3 and then the next Monday i tested again and it said pregnant 3+. My husband and I are so excited but I don't have any symptoms besides my boobs hurt really bad and I missed my period of course which was suppose to be March 15th. Is this normal? I don't see the doctor until April 15th - should I be worried!? Thanks
