Could I be infected with Hiv

After having unprotected sex with a girl who claimed she was clean and all her other boyfriends befor me were clean. I went to the docters about a week after having sex with her got every test done I could the him test came back negative I was so relived. However I asked her to get tested to make sure and she refuses, now about 2 months later I am breaking out with slight rashes on my stomach and hands. I do have terribly bad acne but I have a bad feeling about it. Honestly I just want to know if I do or don't have anything the guessing and waiting is killing me.
