Help. Spotting or?

So I've had irregular periods for the last few years (after coming of bc)

This last month I had my period from feb 29th-2nd of march. Normal period.

On March 18th and 19th I noticed I was having pink and brown spotting? Wasn't heavy at all, I had no cramps either really. After that it was fine. My nipples were a sore and have been sore since. Then today March 31st I woke up and now I'm having pink/brown spotting again? No cramps, I feel normal other than my boobs are super super swollen and sore now.. I just don't know whats going on.. Anyone have this happen? Its just so unlike me and my body, regardless of having an irregular period or not. Any help or comments appreciated. Thank you!
