So Scared

I'm 7w3d and I have been have been having brownish when I wipe. I called my dr was seen about 2 weeks ago and she said everything looked okay. I am still having cramping and the brownish a little worse and I'm am so so so scared of miscarriage. The nurse said to watch it and if it gets worse over weekend to call on call dr. Has anyone else had this problem please let me know or advice
