Questions for those who had an IUI

How much does the IUI cost? I have a consultation with a Reproductive Endocrinologist on the 12th and I know that they don't accept my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield), so I will be paying everything out of pocket. The initial consultation is $265.00. So I am just curious, because my Gynecologist that referred me advised that because my eggs are good quality and because my Husband's sperm quality is normal most likely the RE would suggest a IUI.
